automatic curtains excellent lobby efficient breakfast service
I enjoyed the automatic curtains in my room as well as the different lighting options. The lobby was excellent. The breakfast service was efficient and the staff member Owen was very helpful during my meal.
The pool was somewhat busy and the music played there was a little loud.

Hollywood Glam Stay
automatic curtains bathroom speaker friendly staff
The room included automatic curtains. The TV was inside the mirror and could connect to the bathroom speaker. Housekeeping kept my Premiere Suite very clean each day. Moustafa Hakam, Jeim, and Theresa helped me well.
The pool could get very busy and loud. It was sometimes full of people posing for selfies.

fantastic stay!
streaming possibility automatic curtain amazing job
The room had a tv inside the mirror, it included streaming possibilities. it also allowed connections to the bathroom speaker. automatic curtains added convenience, and there were numerous light settings available. i found the breakfast service very good. Owen did an amazing job.
the pool area was often crowded. loud music played, and the sun coverage was inconsistent due to nearby buildings.

the hotel features multiple restaurants and bars. there is also a small grocery store and a hair salon on-site. guests have access to a well-kept pool area and spacious rooms..

The hotel is not within walking distance of many attractions. i needed taxis for most destinations. a shuttle service to the mall runs twice daily providing a convenient alternative. It can get very busy.
